Backend Engineer

About the Job

As a Backend Engineer, you will contribute to enterprise-scale product engineering initiatives, working across architecture, engineering, product, and delivery teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems aligned with long-term business goals. This role requires strong ownership, technical clarity, collaboration discipline, and the ability to support enterprise-quality outcomes in modern product environments.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise software, product engineering, or aligned technical environments.
• Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities.
• Experience working in scalable, distributed, or cross-functional delivery environments.
• Experience converting business priorities into roadmap, requirement, or product delivery outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product-based organizations, enterprise platforms, or SaaS environments.
• Exposure to globally distributed teams, structured release cycles, and high-accountability delivery models.
• Strong understanding of scalability, performance, quality, and long-term maintainability.
• Experience with roadmap prioritization, product metrics, customer-facing decision support, or technical product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define, refine, or support roadmap and requirement priorities aligned to business and platform goals.
• Translate stakeholder needs into structured product execution artifacts and delivery-ready outcomes.
• Partner with engineering, design, and delivery teams to support release clarity and value realization.
• Track adoption, progress, feedback, and improvement opportunities across product initiatives.
• Contribute to sustainable product direction with clarity, prioritization, and execution discipline.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
