Delivery Manager

About the Job

As a Delivery Manager, you will contribute to enterprise-scale program management initiatives, working across architecture, engineering, product, and delivery teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems aligned with long-term business goals. This role requires strong ownership, technical clarity, collaboration discipline, and the ability to support enterprise-quality outcomes in modern product environments.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, product engineering, or aligned technical environments.
• Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities.
• Experience working in scalable, distributed, or cross-functional delivery environments.
• Experience supporting delivery coordination, planning, reporting, or stakeholder execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product-based organizations, enterprise platforms, or SaaS environments.
• Exposure to globally distributed teams, structured release cycles, and high-accountability delivery models.
• Strong understanding of scalability, performance, quality, and long-term maintainability.
• Experience with enterprise reporting, agile facilitation, customer onboarding, or implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Support program, delivery, or stakeholder execution across enterprise product environments.
• Coordinate structured communication, reporting, planning, and follow-through across teams.
• Improve clarity, accountability, and alignment within delivery workflows and program milestones.
• Support customer enablement, implementation planning, or governance needs as applicable.
• Contribute to mature and enterprise-grade execution practices.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.

• Scrum Master
• PMP (preferred)
