Machine Learning Engineer

About the Job

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will contribute to enterprise-scale ai & intelligent systems initiatives, working across architecture, engineering, product, and delivery teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems aligned with long-term business goals. This role requires strong ownership, technical clarity, collaboration discipline, and the ability to support enterprise-quality outcomes in modern product environments.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in enterprise software, product engineering, or aligned technical environments.
• Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities.
• Experience working in scalable, distributed, or cross-functional delivery environments.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, model integration, retrieval systems, or intelligent workflow implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product-based organizations, enterprise platforms, or SaaS environments.
• Exposure to globally distributed teams, structured release cycles, and high-accountability delivery models.
• Strong understanding of scalability, performance, quality, and long-term maintainability.
• Experience with cloud AI services, evaluation methods, production-grade workflows, or intelligent automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise AI workflows aligned to real business use cases.
• Integrate models, APIs, retrieval pipelines, orchestration layers, or intelligent automation components into product systems.
• Improve AI reliability, maintainability, and production-readiness using scalable engineering practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and platform teams to support measurable AI delivery outcomes.
• Contribute to evaluation quality, responsible implementation, and long-term intelligent product evolution.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
