QA Architect

About the Job

As a QA Architect, you will contribute to enterprise-scale quality engineering initiatives, working across architecture, engineering, product, and delivery teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems aligned with long-term business goals. This role requires strong ownership, technical clarity, collaboration discipline, and the ability to support enterprise-quality outcomes in modern product environments.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, product engineering, or aligned technical environments.
• Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities.
• Experience working in scalable, distributed, or cross-functional delivery environments.
• Experience with testing, automation, validation, and release quality support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product-based organizations, enterprise platforms, or SaaS environments.
• Exposure to globally distributed teams, structured release cycles, and high-accountability delivery models.
• Strong understanding of scalability, performance, quality, and long-term maintainability.
• Experience with API testing, CI/CD-integrated automation, performance testing, or regression strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support release quality through structured test design, automation, validation, and defect prevention.
• Develop or improve automation frameworks, regression coverage, and quality workflows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve software reliability and delivery confidence.
• Contribute to measurable and repeatable quality assurance standards across enterprise systems.
• Support stable, maintainable, and enterprise-ready release practices.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.

Certifications

• ISTQB
• API Testing Certification (preferred)
